Flussos terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain the rules for using the Flussos website, platform and services. By accessing or using Flussos, you agree to these Terms.

Flussos is a cloud-based workflow platform that helps businesses map processes, automate workflows, create AI-powered Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and improve the way work gets done. These Terms apply to your use of the Flussos website, platform and related services.

To access certain features of Flussos, you’ll need to create an account.

You’re responsible for:
● Keeping your login details secure
● Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date
● All activity that occurs under your account

If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

You agree not to break applicable laws, upload malicious code, interfere with the platform, infringe intellectual property, or upload unlawful or offensive content. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.

You retain ownership of the workflows, process maps, forms, SOPs, documents and files you create or upload. You grant Flussos permission to store and process this content only as necessary to provide the service.

AI features are designed to help you create workflows and documentation faster. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it.

Flussos is provided as a subscription service. Subscription pricing and billing are outlined on the Pricing page or in your customer agreement. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.

We strive to provide a reliable service, but planned maintenance or unexpected interruptions may occasionally occur.

Flussos uses industry-standard security measures to safeguard customer information and continually improve our security practices.

The Flussos platform, software, branding and content remain the intellectual property of Flussos or its licensors.

Integrations with third-party services are governed by the relevant provider’s own terms and privacy policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flussos is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform. Liability is limited as permitted by applicable law.

You may stop using Flussos at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached, payments remain unpaid, or legal or security risks arise.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the platform, legal requirements or security practices. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia unless otherwise specified in a separate customer agreement.
