Using Form Conditions allows you to hide or show fields in a Step. This means fields can be made visible based on a previous field selection.
Simply put, IF this fields CONDITION equals this VALUE, THEN show this field.
This provides a better experience for the assignee by only showing relevant fields necessary to capture further information.
When the assignee selects No, the table field remains hidden by default.

So how do I create this Form Condition?
In Form Designer, you want to hide ‘Flight Details’ by default, and only show if ‘Yes’ is selected for requiring a flight.
Select Hide field by default

Next in the ‘Form Conditions’:
- Click the If dropdown to select your decision field, e.g. ‘Do you require flights’
- Click the Condition dropdown and select ‘Equals’
- Click the Value dropdown and select your field value, e.g. ‘Yes’
- Click the Then dropdown for the Action field required, e.g. ‘Flight Details’
- Check the Action button ‘Show’ to show the ‘Flight Details’ field

Finally, save your changes in your Form Design to effect your Form Conditions.
